Process
The LiaExpress project started off with a sprint within the team, data gathering and user testing iterations. We conducted research and competitor analysis for LiaExpress's meet-up platform. By identifying key user needs and pain points, we developed a strategy to address these challenges.
Our goal was to create a streamlined and innovative solution without designing too far outside YRGO's original brand identity. Our focus was also on keeping it simple with easy navigation to avoid unnecessary clicks.
After prototyping, we tested our concepts with users in person and through maze, to identify areas for improvement. We refined our designs based on key insights gathered from these tests, enhancing the prototype's effectiveness.
